4/20/2007 Round 2 | Helmet Notice
Round 2: Weather looks to be wonderful this weekend for Round 2 of the Indiana XC Racing Series. Conditions are expected to be better than round one which ended up being a very cold muddy race. With conditions this good we should expect some fast racing. This should also make for some exciting racing between racers and classes.

Remember: Racers bring your helmet to registration to have your barcode applied and checked. Please do not bring up muddy helmets, just make sure the left side on the mouth guard area of the helmet is clean. Racers that bring helmets that have this area muddy or dirty will be asked to go clean them before returning to registration. This will speed up the registration process and insure you are scored as quickly and as accurately as possible during the race. Thanks for your cooperation and see ya at the races!

4/23/2007 Round 2
Round 2: Wow! was the word of the day for yesterday's round 2 of racing. The turnout was great and weather couldn't have been any better. With a broken water truck it got a bit dusty but didn't slow down the racers at all. The dry track accounted for some very fast laps being laid down. We had a racer get injured and had to be rushed to the hospital with a broken leg. I'll get his information and condition posted ASAP for anybody that would like to send him their best wishes.

We will post all the results from the race within the next 24 hours for everyone to see. Keep checking back.

4/24/2007 Round 2 results | Injured Racer

Results: Round 2 results are up! Along with the results are the overalls and series points standings. We will post lap times ASAP.

Injured Racer: The staff of Indiana XC Racing would like to send our best wishes for a speedy recovery to Richard Sides. Senior bike class racer Richard Sides from Munice, Indiana was injured sunday in the round 2 racing event. Richard suffered a broken femur in his leg. Richard was taken to University of Cincinnati hospital where he had surgery performed on him yesterday morning. Doctors had to insert a rod in his leg and said the surgery went good.
